Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between clients and our service team, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and exceptional customer support. Bilingual skills in English and another language are highly desirable to better serve our diverse client base. This role involves managing client inquiries, coordinating service appointments, and maintaining accurate data entry to support operational excellence. The Service Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and other communication channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments efficiently while maintaining organized records through data entry and Microsoft Office tools.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with outbound calling efforts to follow up on services, gather feedback, or promote additional offerings.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions, transactions, and client preferences for future reference.
- Analyze service data to identify trends or areas for improvement in client support processes.
Experience
- Previous call center experience or roles involving customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry, analysis skills, and using Google applications such as Gmail, Doc and Sheets.
- Experience with outbound calling or client outreach is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with customer support systems or CRM platforms is beneficial.

Pay: From $19.25 per hour
