We are actively seeking a dynamic, energetic, and professional Server / Mesera to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be the face of our brand — delivering exceptional customer service, creating memorable dining experiences, and maximizing every opportunity through strong sales and upselling.

<Responsibilities>
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
- Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Handle food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and openTable reservations to optimize table turnover and guest flow
- Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
- Maintain guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
<Experience>
- Proven restaurant experience as a server or in a similar food service role within fine dining or upscale environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Experience with culinary preparation or kitchen support is a plus but not required
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Previous host/hostess or nightclub serving experience is advantageous but not mandatory
