The Administrative Services Manager will assist in supervising the Administrative/Reception Team in their day-to-day roles. In this role, you will be providing ongoing training, support and leading the team to be successful. The Administrative Services Manager will be the day-to-day liaison for our Administrative Assistant/Reception team when it comes to giving top notch service to all clients whether incoming calls and/or emails as well as all THD employees. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with our administrative team to promote consistent top-quality service to THD customers and work with our internal THD teams to provide a smooth and consistent flow of information. The Administrative Services Manager is expected to be sharp, high-energy, detail-oriented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills

Accomplish department objectives by assisting Sr. Manager with managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities. Assist with interviewing new hires and providing feedback.
- Responsible for training of any new employees onboarded to the Administrative Assistant/Reception team; as well as tune-up training for current team members

Job has a responsibility for the supervision of others which includes the recruitment and training of personnel, reporting employee issues, conduct performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations, approve time off requests and manage timekeeping of team in UKG.
- Provide direction to team members, including constructive criticism and positive feedback to support personal development and ongoing improvement. This would include the reporting of any employee issues when it comes to disciplinary needs.

Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Assist with developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Maintain quality service standard by enforcing customer service standards, analyzing call volume, problem solving by team members on phone calls and recommending system improvements.
- Monthly report to VP of Customer Relations and Sr. Manager recapping monthly Admin. Tasks completed by team members.
- Timely & accurate database entry of new requests by yourself and your team.
- Communicate with clients to ensure all their needs are understood and addressed with the appropriate THD employee
- Daily communication with adjusters and customers to provide an accurate status update when you or your team is able
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the day or get with Sr. Manager for assistance, as needed
- Contribute and assist team members to meet goals and deadlines
- Assist team members with urgent call needs
- Possess time management and organization skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Responsible for answering rollover & team calls
- Work directly with the Sr. Manager of Insurance Operation on any needed reporting needs
- Responsible for oversight of all aspects of THD furniture purchase program
- Have knowledge of & be proficient in all administrative duties required in order to help team members as needed.
- Adjuster Portal communications - TAWK
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Perform other projects and tasks as requested by management

Prolonged requirement to sit whilst completing computer and desk-based tasks.
- Must be available during the core hours of 7:00AM to 7:00PM CST. During any THD designated catastrophe you may be required to work additional hours including evenings and weekends.
