Job Overview
Blue Goat Roofing is hiring a roofing laborer for work around the Boise / Treasure Valley area.
This is not easy money. It is hot, heavy, dirty, physical work. You’ll be carrying materials, helping with tear-offs, loading and unloading, cleaning up job sites, picking up nails, protecting customers’ property, and keeping the crew moving.
If you want air conditioning, easy days, or a job where nobody notices whether you show up on time, this is not it.
If you can work hard, show up early, stay off your phone, take direction, and keep moving when the day gets long, we want to talk.
Pay: Starts at $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time roofing-season work, weather dependent
Location: Boise / Treasure Valley job sites
Experience: Roofing or construction experience is helpful, but not required if you are dependable and willing to learn
You should be able to:
- Show up on time every day
- Work safely on and around roofs
- Lift and carry heavy materials
- Work outside in heat, wind, and changing weather
- Follow instructions without needing to be told twice
- Respect customers’ homes and property
- Pass a basic “can this person be trusted on a job site?” test
- Bilingual (spanish) is a big plus
