We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated <PERSON> to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, utilizing your expertise in metal building erection, concrete forming, and various carpentry disciplines. Your hands-on experience and leadership will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in the erection of metal buildings, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and safety protocols
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to support foundational and structural elements of construction projects
- Execute framing tasks including woodworking, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and drywall installation with precision
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction activities
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project requirements
- Manage on-site tasks such as roofing, siding, stucco application, plastering, and restoration work
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate remodeling efforts and ensure timely completion of all phases
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety procedures.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation for various construction tasks
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Competence in framing carpentry including woodworking, trim carpentry, siding, stucco, and drywall finishing
- Excellent understanding of construction site protocols with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety standards

Pay: $25.81 - $31.08 per hour
