Team Sadoff in our Milwaukee, WI office is looking for a Receptionist to assist our Client Service Associates and serve as the first contact with clients, vendors, and prospects as they call or visit the office. The goal of the Receptionist is to provide the highest level of customer service to those individuals.
This is an on-site position.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $55,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
Provide a high level of exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
Enthusiastically greet clients and announce their arrival
Handle incoming client calls for appointments and service needs
Provide information about client’s accounts
Data entry
Document processing, scanning, and copying
Process transactions such as money movements
Prepare client reports
Maintain databases
Manage incoming and outgoing USPS, FedEx, and UPS mail deliveries
Prepare and maintain beverage stations and obtain beverages for clients
Ensure the reception area is proper for client visits
Ensure dishes are clean and kitchen area and conference rooms are properly maintained
Under the direction of your manager, assist with various office projects as requested
General office work
Education/Qualifications
HS Diploma/2-year degree preferred
2 year’s office/reception experience
Friendly, outgoing, positive attitude
Professional appearance, voice, and interaction with customers
Detail-oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of staff and management, with a teamwork mentality
Ability to prioritize workflow and projects; work in a deadline environment and be flexible
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
Familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe preferred
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as this level is $42,500 - $63,750. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
