POSITION OVERVIEW
As a PRN PTA, you will provide skilled therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
High patient demand in Spring & North Houston — assignments ready upon onboarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver therapy services in patients’ homes
- Follow treatment plans set by supervising PT
- Assist patients with mobility, strength, and balance
- Monitor progress and provide timely updates
- Complete documentation using WellSky/Kinnser EMR
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Texas PTA License
- Current CPR Certification
- Home Health experience preferred
- WellSky/Kinnser experience is a PLUS
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & insurance
