Job Description: Smoke Shop Sales Associate

LitUp Smoke Shop in Central Point, Oregon is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This position involves helping customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, handling sales transactions, and staying knowledgeable about smoke shop products and accessories.
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers and provide helpful, respectful service.
Assist customers with product questions and recommendations.
Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
Check customer ID and follow all age-restriction laws.
Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain product presentation.
Keep the store clean, safe, and professional.
Learn about products such as glassware, accessories, vapes, wraps, lighters, and other smoke shop items.
Follow store policies and Oregon state regulations.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system.
Able to stand for long periods and lift light boxes when needed.
Previous retail or smoke shop experience is helpful but not required.

Pay: From $15.05 per hour
