We are hiring a hardworking full-time, year-round Spanish-speaking Landscape Supervisor / Crew Leader to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Landscape Crew Leader / Supervisor, you will help lead crews in daily landscape operations while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
This role may include landscape maintenance, irrigation, hardscape, planting, trenching, equipment operation, job site organization, training team members, and communicating with management.
We are looking for someone who can lead by example, keep the team productive, and help create a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a landscape crew in daily field operations
- Help ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards
- Train, guide, and support crew members
- Assist with landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, maintenance, and related outdoor work
- Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly
- Communicate job progress, issues, and needs to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Must speak Spanish
- Landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, maintenance, or construction experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Leadership ability or strong potential to lead
- Dependable, hardworking, and responsible
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work outdoors and perform physical labor
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow
Pay & Benefits
- $25–$30+ per hour, based on experience
