Job Overview
We are a team of young, friendly, attractive, and energetic sales team for a mobile Car Detailing Business! We sell hard but play hard as a team also! Ideally you should have a fluent command of the English language as you will be conversing with homeowners and business owners. A strong drive to succeed and desire/ability to turn a No to Yes is imperative. Keep in mind that there may be a lot of walking around businesses and neighborhoods, so you'll maintain your fitness regimen while working!!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently to create an inviting experience that encourages engagement with our detailing services
- Actively promote our high-quality car detailing packages through engaging conversations and personalized recommendations
- Identify customer needs and upsell additional services or products to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Conduct outbound calls and cold calls to prospective clients, including dealerships and commercial customers, to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during all customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure inventory management and promotional materials are well-organized and up-to-date
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on customer service and high-end sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse client bases
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to confidently present services and handle objections
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and follow-ups
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting with organizational agility
- Enthusiastic attitude with a friendly demeanor that attracts customers and builds trust
