Your Role as a Kitchen Director in Back of House (BOH) Operations

Represent the Chick-fil-A brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity
-
Lead daily Back of House operations with a focus on operational excellence and team accountability in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant

Manage opening and closing procedures, guest needs, team member breaks, catering requests, food safety, cleanliness, training, food safety, and HR tasks

Monitor and Influence business metrics including labor, productivity, speed, accuracy, and guest experience scores

Oversee key objectives from each of the five critical success factors: Leadership, Talent, Customer Experience, Sales & Brand Growth, and Financial Stewardship

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven leadership as a manager or director in a restaurant environment

High school diploma required; some college or a bachelor’s degree is preferred

ServeSafe Certification and Southern Nevada Food Handlers Training Card required

Extensive knowledge of food safety policies
-
Leading large teams of 20 or more is a plus

Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including Saturdays

Strong decision-making, multitasking, and conflict resolution abilities

Proficiency with business technology and software such as Microsoft Office, HotSchedules, Google Suite, Canva, and GroupMe
