Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for defining and executing the overall visual identity of the brand across all channels. This role ensures consistency, quality, and impact from packaging to in-store presence and social, making sure the brand stands out on the shelf and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction of the brand across packaging, marketing, retail, and social
- Own how the brand looks and feels across all touchpoints
- Create and oversee consistent, high-quality content for social media
- Design assets directly, not just direct — this is a hands-on role
- Develop creative that helps the brand stand out in a competitive market
- Design and oversee assets for product launches, campaigns, and sales initiatives
- Ensure all creative is aligned with brand standards and business goals
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support retail and promotional needs
- Bring concepts to life from ideation through final execution
- Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG), lifestyle brands, or regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Passion for music, sports, fashion, and contemporary culture is a major plus, with the ability to translate these influences into authentic brand experiences.
- Knowledge of cannabis culture and the ability to create elevated, compliant creative within the space is a strong asset.
Requirements
- Strong background in graphic design and brand development
- Must be highly proficient in design (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Advanced understanding of AI tools and creative workflows — not just ChatGPT
- Experience using multiple AI platforms for image generation, video, editing, and concepting
- Ability to leverage AI to move faster, test ideas, and push creative boundaries
- Strong eye for blending traditional design with AI-driven outputs
- Experience creating engaging social media content and campaigns
- Experience working across packaging, digital, and retail environments
- Ability to execute quickly while maintaining high creative standards
- Strong understanding of consumer brands, culture, and visual storytelling
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and consistency
- 3+ years of graphic design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, packaging, and brand development.
- Experience supporting retail, lifestyle, apparel, or emerging consumer brands.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
