Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HHA/PCA)

Care Connect, LLC is currently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and professional caregiver to support a male client in Shelton, CT.
Schedule Available:
- 7 Days Per Week
- 6 Hours Per Day
- Consistent Schedule
- Immediate Opening
Responsibilities Include:
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Personal care assistance
- Bathing, grooming, and dressing support
- Toileting and incontinence care as needed
- Meal preparation and assistance with meals
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and social engagement
- Monitoring client safety and well-being
- Assistance with mobility and transfers as needed
- Documentation of services provided
- Communication with agency staff regarding client needs and changes in condition
Requirements:
- HHA, PCA, or equivalent caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to pass state and national background checks
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with seniors or individuals requiring personal care assistance
- Experience with mobility assistance and fall prevention
