We are currently hiring a Frontier Team Lead who is driven by results, enjoys working with people, and is motivated to grow within a sales-focused role. In this position, you will play a key role in representing Frontier’s products and services while building strong customer relationships and delivering a high level of service. Our Frontier Team Lead is responsible for learning protocols and market advantages to build the best sales campaigns for our clients.

Frontier Team Lead Responsibilities
- Present and sell Frontier products and services by clearly explaining features, benefits, and value
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, address questions, and close sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle as learned through Frontier Team Lead meetings, from initial interaction through closing
- Accurately process orders and maintain customer records
- Stay informed on current promotions, product updates, and market trends
- Consistently meet or exceed client expectations and Frontier Team Lead sales goals
Frontier Team Lead Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a business-related role is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- A results-driven mindset with an interest in sales and customer experience
- Adherence to Frontier Team Lead protocols and professional representation
