Legacy Staffing Associates has partnered with a highly respected litigation law firm that is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney to join its growing Florida practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3-10 years of experience who is looking to handle sophisticated insurance coverage disputes while working alongside a collaborative and accomplished litigation team.
The ideal candidate is a strategic litigator with strong analytical and writing skills who is comfortable managing complex matters, developing case strategy, and representing clients through all phases of litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 3-10 years of insurance coverage, insurance defense, litigation, and/or arbitration experience
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, trial preparation, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Exceptional legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters while working both independently and collaboratively
