Overview:
** Seeking Per Diem Providers ** for our Neonatology practice at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CA
Responsibilities:
24 hour Inhouse coverage-
Alternative Shift Available: Inhouse Day Shift 8am - 5pm

Coverage in Level III b NICU; ADC is 17-20 patients

Ability to offer blocks on consecutive dates (ie 4-7 day stretches if preferred)

Availability for open shifts as soon as Feb 2026 - Ongoing
Qualifications:
Must be a Board Certified Neonatologist
Must have Active CA license
Minimum of 1 Years' Experience

Preferred Candidates Reside in CA
Benefits and Compensation:
Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
Compensation: The pay for this position is $170.00/hour
