Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage guest relations by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife venues
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and positively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy
- Previous experience in serving, bartending, host/host roles or related hospitality positions is preferred
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required
