American Traveler is hiring an experienced EP Lab RN for a 13-week travel contract in Ohio, requiring at least 2 years of EP Lab experience, ACLS, and Epic proficiency.

Work setting is a dedicated Electrophysiology (EP) Lab within a heart hospital
-
Schedule is 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:00–17:30

On-call requirement of 1 week every 2 months

Procedures performed include cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, arrhythmia induction, baseline measurements, conduction studies, pacemaker insertion, pacemaker/defibrillator lead extraction/removal, insertion/programming of AICDs, left atrial appendage (LAA) closure, and cardiac implant closure devices

EMR is Epic

Active Ohio or Compact RN license required

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 2 years of EP Lab experience required

Epic proficiency required

Two professional references required: at least 1 must be from a Manager, Director, or formal leadership role (e.g., Supervisor); a Charge RN is acceptable as the second reference; co-worker references are not accepted

Ohio state fingerprinting is required and must be initiated promptly after accepting an offer — candidates outside Ohio will need to travel to an in-state fingerprinting location or complete a mailed packet upon receipt
