What You’ll Do
As a Shift Lead, you’ll help lead the café during daily operations while creating an exceptional guest experience for both customers and team members.
Lead the Shift
- Support daily café operations and help ensure smooth shift execution
- Guide and motivate team members during busy service periods
- Help maintain strong service, cleanliness, and food-quality standards
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
Deliver Great Hospitality
- Create a welcoming environment for every guest
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally
- Lead by example through positive energy and strong teamwork
Support Operational Excellence
- Monitor product presentation and inventory levels
- Ensure café cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
- Assist with register operations, cash handling, and shift reporting
- Communicate operational updates and support management initiatives
Build Team Culture
- Help train and support new associates
- Encourage accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For
- Prior café, restaurant, or retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented mindset

- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
