What You’ll Do
Greet and assist prospective residents — from tours to move-ins.
Manage leasing paperwork, renewals, and CRM updates.
Support resident relations and help plan community events.
Keep the property looking its best and support day-to-day operations.
Stay informed on market trends and assist with community marketing efforts.
Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure resident files are accurate and confidential.
What You Bring
High school diploma required.
1+ year of customer service or sales experience (leasing experience preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (OneSite or similar preferred).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Customer Service & Resident Relations:
Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents by ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Demonstrate empathy, responsiveness, and problem-solving when addressing resident concerns. Support resident retention by assisting with events and engagement activities that foster community connection.
Leasing & Occupancy:
Generate and manage leasing traffic through CRM systems, conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and close lease agreements. Prepare and execute all lease documentation, including move-ins, renewals, and related correspondence. Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or in person to achieve occupancy goals and maintain accurate leasing records.
Marketing & Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed on local market trends and shop competitive properties to assess pricing and amenities. Ensure model apartments and tour paths are always in top condition. Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach, and promotional activities to attract and retain residents.
Administration & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records in the property management software and ensure confidentiality of resident information. Process renewals, applications, and lease documents in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations. Assist with generating weekly leasing reports and support company audit requirements.
Property Management Support:
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with residents and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure apartments are move-in ready. Assist with work order processing, invoice handling, and office administrative duties such as phone coverage, filing, and data entry.
Property Condition & Safety:
Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal. Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate team. Support adherence to all company safety and operational procedures, including daily opening and closing responsibilities.
Other Duties as Assigned:
Participate in company initiatives, community events, and special projects as directed by management.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position operates in a professional office and residential property environment. The role requires walking the property, conducting tours, and frequent interaction with residents and vendors. Regular use of standard office equipment is expected.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- One (1) year of leasing experience in residential property management preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and prospects effectively.
- Experience with property management software preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Ability to use general office equipment (telephone, copier, key tracking systems, etc.).
- Must maintain a professional appearance and comply with company uniform policy.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required.
- Must comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Required to complete and successfully pass RYSE Management’s Fair Housing, Diversity, and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment.
