Chef de Cuisine
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team at one of Atlanta's premier upscale Middle Eastern-inspired restaurants. This chef-driven concept is known for its vibrant atmosphere, authentic flavors, and exceptional hospitality, serving an extremely high volume of guests while maintaining outstanding food quality and consistency.
This is a true knife-in-hand leadership role for a passionate culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment and leads by example.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all day-to-day back-of-house culinary operations.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation during high-volume service.
- Manage scheduling, labor, food cost, inventory, ordering, and kitchen productivity.
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and company standards are consistently met.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Experience leading kitchens serving 500+ covers on weekdays and 1,000+ covers on weekends is highly preferred.
- Strong scratch kitchen experience with a hands-on, knife-in-hand leadership style.
- Experience with Mediterranean, or Middle Eastern cuisine is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate large culinary teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and financial management skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader with strong scratch kitchen experience who thrives in an extremely high-volume environment. Candidates should have previous Sous Chef experience (or strong Kitchen Manager experience ready for the next step).
