The Store Manager position works alongside our other Store Manager to co-manage daily business operations. The Store Manager should have experience in a supervisory role and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set store goals, foster a fun work environment, and always encourage teamwork. The Store Manager must competently perform all duties in the absence of the other members of the management team.
Store Manager Duties

- Able to draft a weekly schedule
- Able to place orders as needed using various platforms
- Able to foster positive vendor relationships
Job Requirements
- Standing and walking for long periods of time
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Repetitive use of hand and arms
- Frequent bending, reaching and pulling items up to 30lbs
- Daily inventories to ensure par levels are maintained
- Cash handling and cash accountability
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Management experience
