As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas and kitchen equipment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Assist with bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Skills
- Experience in food preparation and handling within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks during busy periods
- Familiarity with sales techniques, including upselling strategies
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Previous experience in the restaurant or café industry is preferred but not required
