Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Safety Helper to assist out company's management team in maintaining a safe and compliant construction environment. The ideal candidate will help monitor jobsite safety practices, support safety inspections, create daily reports, and promote compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Managers with daily jobsite safety activities
- Help ensure workers follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Monitor proper use of PPE including hard hats, safety glasses, harnesses, and gloves
- Conduct routine site walkthroughs and identify potential hazards
- Help maintain safety documentation, logs, and reports
- Report unsafe conditions or incidents to management immediately
- Communicate professionally with workers and supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (OSHA 30 is a plus)
- Basic understanding of construction site safety
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to walk jobsites for extended periods
- Bilingual skills are a plus ([English/Korean/Spanish])
