English and Math Tutor
A Tree of Knowledge Educational Services is a tutoring company contracting to offer supplemental educational services and intervention to K-12 students.
We are currently seeking highly qualified Math and English tutors to commit to an after-school program at an elementary school in the Garden Grove Unified School District. We need both permanent and substitute tutors.
We will be offering Kinder-6th Grade students small group tutoring after-school. The program will be offered Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2:00pm-4:00pm.
Please note that the weekly total of hours is being offered is eight (8) hours. Compensation shall be $ 32.00/hr.
We are also seeking qualified tutors for a summer program. The program commences June 3rd and concludes on July 17th. The hours will range from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, from Monday through Friday. Positions will be available in two (2) shifts, 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, and from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm. The pay for this program shall be $ 25.00/hr.
Minimum tutor requirements:
* Applicant must have prior tutoring/teaching experience
* Must be highly proficient in the subject matter
* Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
* Must provide proof of a negative TB test
* Must submit to required training which will be compensated
