Painter / Porter – Victoria Station Apartments

Victoria Station Apartments is looking for a FULL-TIME Painter / Porter to join our team! If you’re hardworking, energetic, reliable, and enjoy working with a great group of people, we’d love to meet you!
Painting experience is required.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and well-kept property grounds
- Pick up litter and maintain the overall appearance of the community
- Clean and maintain pet/dog stations throughout the property
- Remove trash from laundry facilities and other areas of the property daily
- Complete interior and exterior painting as needed
- Assist with apartment make-readies and prepare units for new residents
- Assist the maintenance team with work orders
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
- Power wash buildings, sidewalks, breezeways, and other areas
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community for residents
- Participate in on-call duties every third week of the month
- Work closely with the Property Managers and Lead Maintenance to ensure the property is maintained to company standards
