Looking for a Gelato Maker two to three days a week that will measure, mix,
and freeze ingredients to make specialized gelato. Ideal candidate is interested and
willing to assist in all facets of crafting high quality Gelato and Sorbetto.
Requirements:
● Servsafe Food Handlers Certification
● IMPORTANT QUALITIES - Methodical, organized and fast-paced with zero to minimal errors
● Multitasker
● Proficient with weighing out ingredients
● Comfortable with handheld equipment and Larger Equipment
● Performing tasks that involve lifting
● Communication
● Cleaning and sanitation knowledge
Bonus:
● Food preparation experience
● Self motivated and working alone and in partner environment
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
