Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join a leading medical device manufacturer. In this role, you will help produce high-quality, single-use surgical products in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, and package medical device components according to company procedures.
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep the work area clean and organized while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Comply with all safety, quality, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs.).
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
