Seeking Associate License and above looking to develop their private practice caseload. Preference will be given to those with experience working with a variety of ages, specifically populations like children or couples. Possible to work as few or as many hours as you like, based on your current employment schedule. Required availability at physical office location in Brownsburg with the option to work telehealth hours as well. Your pay split is dependent upon the services needed. Reimbursement starts at $70 per billed hour. Services include:
- Weekly supervision
- Co-signing notes
- Electronic health records system
- Billing
- Weekly pay
- Development of your private practice skills
- Office space for in person sessions
- Conference room space for groups (if desired).
- Access to the building 24/7 and coworking space
- All office amenities (coffee, water, tea, office supplies)
- Professional development guidance and business planning
Available in person office hours for days, evening, and weekends.

This is an excellent opportunity for a working professional to get a private practice caseload started and guidance on how to develop the skills to branch off into their own practice after achieving licensure, all while being paid and keeping your current job, if you like.
Electronic records and HIPAA compliant video for sessions provided. Training on all platforms provided. Insurance billing and credentialing provided.
Candidates MUST:
- Have graduated with their masters and currently be either in possession of their LMHCA/LSW/LMFTA OR
- Have graduated with their masters and possess a temporary permit issued by the state for their provisionary license
- OR be fully independently licensed in good standing (LMHC, LSW, LMFT) and no longer require supervision.
- Have experience working with high risk populations, be able to conduct risk assessment, develop safety plan, and refer to higher level of care as needed.
- Have experience and be proficient in conducting a BPSA with clients of varying presentations. Must be able to Dx and create treatment plan for each client. Training is available.
- Must submit timely and accurate documentation.
- Must be able to practice with multicultural humility.
- ***Please note! LSW and LMFTA candidates are required by the state of Indiana (PLA) to have sueprvision in their own licensure tracks. We can only provide supervision hours to LMHCA candidates at this time***
