Legal Secretary
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (4 Days In Office, 1 Day Remote)
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience
About the Opportunity
A respected California law firm is seeking a
Legal Secretary to provide litigation and administrative support to multiple attorneys. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys managing competing priorities while providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities-
Provide administrative and litigation support to multiple attorneys

Manage legal files, document production, and document management systems

Handle e-filing in administrative, state, and federal courts

Draft, proofread, and revise legal documents and correspondence

Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, appointments, and court dates
-
Monitor and manage litigation deadlines using calendaring systems

Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements

Communicate professionally with clients, courts, attorneys, and staff

Assist with workflow management and case organization

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
Qualifications-
Minimum 2 years of litigation legal secretary experience supporting multiple attorneys

Extensive experience with state and federal court e-filing required

Strong calendaring and deadline management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with document management systems, including iManage or similar platforms

Experience with Juralaw and/or Coyote timekeeping required

Excellent written, verbal, proofreading, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and anticipate attorney needs

Knowledge of administrative hearings and transactional law is a plus
