- Not required but prior sales experience is beneficial.
- Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage client relationships.

New hires begin engaging with clients within the first few weeks, learning key skills like cross-selling, referral networking, and benefits consulting—while building their book of business from the start.
