Job Title: Maintenance & Reliability Leader – CPG Manufacturing

Role Overview
Lead the plant’s Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) organization, driving equipment uptime, reliability, productivity, safety, and cost improvements. Partner with Plant Leadership, Engineering, and Operations to deliver strategic manufacturing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Maintenance, Reliability, Facilities & Utilities teams.
- Develop and execute M&R strategy focused on zero breakdowns and zero losses.
- Drive OEE, MTBF, MTTR, TPM, Lean/6 Sigma, and continuous improvement.
- Manage maintenance and capital budgets while delivering cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, employee safety, and regulatory standards.
- Lead preventive/predictive maintenance, spare parts, calibration, and reliability programs.
- Develop team capabilities, succession plans, and a high-performance culture.
- Partner with Engineering on capital projects and plant improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years Maintenance/Engineering/Manufacturing experience in CPG.
- 8+ years leadership experience.
- Proven success improving reliability/OEE and reducing costs.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, GMP, SAP Maintenance, and automation.
- Strong leadership, coaching, financial, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with capital projects and union/non-union environments preferred.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
