What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering and brake repairs.
- Complete vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs.
- Perform timing chains, engine replacements, drivability diagnostics and major repairs.
- Use diagnostic scanners and manufacturer procedures.
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals.
- Work closely with our recon department to prepare vehicles for retail sale.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Engine and transmission experience
- Electrical diagnostic experience
- ASE Certifications preferred (not required for the right technician)
- Own professional tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and team mentality

Compensation
$40.00–$60.00+ per hour (or Flat Rate)Top performers can earn well into six figures annually.
