About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our electronics manufacturing team. In this role, you will inspect products throughout the production process, with a focus on SMT, Wave Soldering, and Selective Soldering operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone with electronics manufacturing experience who wants to grow into a stronger quality inspection role. IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-600 certifications are a plus, but we are also open to training and certifying the right candidate.

- Performing in-process inspections on products moving through the work cell, especially SMT, Wave Soldering, and Selective Soldering operations
- Inspecting assemblies for conformance to IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC-600, and company workmanship standards
- Verifying that materials, components, and finished products meet required specifications
- Conducting visual inspections and measurement tests using appropriate inspection tools
- Documenting inspection results by completing required reports, logs, and quality records
- Identifying and communicating quality concerns in a timely manner
- Approving finished materials or products when they meet requirements
- Returning products for rework when needed and confirming rework has been completed properly
- Supporting the control of non-conforming materials and assemblies
- Communicating with Production Supervisors, leads, and Engineering when quality issues arise
- Following ESD requirements, board handling procedures, and moisture-sensitive device handling requirements
- Supporting ISO Quality Management System standards related to quality, safety, environment, health, and security
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- Performing other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
