Job Summary
This dynamic leadership role with Sposen Realty and Development's retail sales division combines strategic sales management with proactive recruiting to build and lead a high-performing team. The Sales Manager/Recruiter is responsible for driving revenue growth, recruiting and developing top-producing agents, overseeing branch operations, and delivering exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate and develop successful sales professionals.
Essential Functions
· Recruit, onboard, lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to maximize sales productivity, retention, and team cohesion
· Lead daily branch operations and achieve sales and recruiting goals
· Review and approve pay cards
· Partner with Marketing to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and community outreach to attract potential clients and recruit top talent in the real estate industry
· Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities
· Coach and guide agents through negotiations and complex real estate transactions from initial client consultation through closing while ensuring compliance with all legal and fair housing requirements.
· Coach and mentor agents to build lasting client relationships through effective communication, accountability, weekly sales meetings, and exceptional customer service.
· Hold team accountable for minimum production standards
· Oversee managing real estate transactions, including property management, administrative documentation, and adherence to legal and licensing requirements and compliance
· Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems supported by technical tools to streamline client interactions, track leads, analyze conversion metrics and monitor sales pipelines
· Develop budgets and provide executive reporting.
Required Skills & Abilities
· Active Florida Real Estate License required.
· Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
· Excellent communication skills for client rapport building, client communication, and team leadership
· Knowledge of Florida real estate practices
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools
· Deep understanding of the real estate market analysis, industry trends, and local market dynamics
· Organizational skills with experience in managing real estate teams and administrative processes
Preferred Skills / Experience
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
· 3–5 years of real estate leadership experience.
· Bilingual (Spanish preferred) but not required.
