Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor or LCSW
Contractor (Part-Time) Minimum of 10 billable hours per week
Must be willing to provide services In-Person and Telehealth
Compensation: $50 per counseling session
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPC or LCSW to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans, conducting counseling sessions, and maintaining session notes via SP EHR in a group practice setting.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain a minimum of 10 hours per week .
· Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental
health status and develop treatment plans accordingly.
· Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients based on their
specific needs and requirements, utilizing evidence-based practices.
· Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to
ensure optimal outcomes.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment plans.
· Collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure comprehensive patient care.
· Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay
current with new developments in the field.
· Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the provision of client care.
· Availability to work evening hours.
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing records.
· Participate in team meetings and case consults to ensure quality care.
Requirements:
· Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
· Current/ active state licensure as an LPC or LCSW.
· Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and individually.
· Knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices and techniques.
· Familiarity with electronic health records and other relevant technologies.
· Strong commitment to ethical and legal standards in the provision of client care.
· Commit to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
