Print Shop Production & Delivery Associate
Join our team at Minuteman Press in Norwalk!
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person to become an important part of our production team. No printing experience is necessary—we're happy to train the right person.
This is a hands-on position where every day is different. You'll help produce printed materials, finish jobs, package orders, and make local deliveries to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate paper cutters, folders, and other finishing equipment (training provided)
- Assemble booklets and other printed products
- Package orders for pickup and shipping
- Maintain an organized production area
- Make local deliveries using your own reliable vehicle
- Assist wherever needed to keep production moving
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 40–50 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle available for local deliveries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience
Printing or bindery experience is helpful, but not required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
