We are looking for a Web Applications Developer that will maintain both website and web applications on our internal and external websites.
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Maintain and develop web servers across the organization
- Develop and maintain exceptional dynamic web reports using ASP.NET and SQL backend
- Create and maintain Sharepoint sites
- Contribute ideas for improvements in both code and concepts
- A team player and possess excellent communication skills to work with our business users and other teams
- Organized, goal-oriented, excellent ability to multi-task, motivated self-starter who can work well in a team environment
- Must be a quick learner and an adaptable person who is able to switch directions on short notice.
- Prior business analytical skills would be advantageous
Skills:
- 2-3 year experience in the software development world
- Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, PHP programming languages
- Leveraging APIs / Web Services and content of all types (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, etc.)
- HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, web programming frameworks such as JQuery, Telerik, Bootstrap, etc.
- SQL Server (select, table creation, optimize queries, indexes, storedProcs, transactions, triggers)
- Crystal Reports/SSRS/MS Access reporting
- Crafting interfaces that look and behave well across browsers and platforms (responsive designs)
Education:
Bachelor Degree/Certification and/or equivalent experience
