We’re looking for a driven, competitive, relationship-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative who thrives on building new business, winning accounts, and owning a territory.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
· Develop and aggressively grow a defined territory
· Prospect daily — cold calls, drop-ins, fleet visits, referrals
· Win new accounts and expand existing ones
· Sell heavy truck parts to fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, and repair facilities
· Build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue
· Collaborate with inside sales, warehouse, and service teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience
· Track activity and opportunities in CRM
· Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Valid driver’s license and ability to manage a territory

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- He/ She must be able to drive long distances.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high, and 25 lbs to shoulder high.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
