About ISG
Integrated Sign & Graphic, Inc. is a national company specializing in electrical and architectural sign manufacturing and installation. From channel letters and monument/pylon signs to wayfinding and architectural signage, we design, fabricate, and install it all. We're growing our installation team out of our Lexington, KY facility and looking for a Lead Sign Installation Tech who leads by example and takes pride in doing the job right.
What You'll Do — Responsibilities
- Lead a 2–3 person crew installing exterior signage, including monuments, pylons, channel letters, and other electrical signs and structures at job sites across the U.S.
- Lead a 2–3 person crew installing architectural signs, dimensional letters, wayfinding signage, ADA-compliant signage, vinyl graphics, and low-voltage electrical signage.
- Ensure every member of the crew follows all safety protocols on every job, every time.
- Coordinate with customers and other trades onsite to keep installations planned, efficient, and on schedule.
- Partner with ISG Project Managers to execute the installation plan according to project requirements.
- Maintain the highest level of quality control from setup through final walkthrough.
- Operate independently across multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and installation equipment.
What We're Looking For — Required Qualifications
- OSHA 10 (Construction) certification.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Lift certifications (training will be provided as necessary).
- Proven hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, and operating equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and to work comfortably on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
- Self-motivated, dependable, professional, and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills with crew members, customers, and clients.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50%–75% of the time, including overnights (typically Monday–Friday) with required overtime on most mobilizations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen — all ISG workplace settings are drug- and alcohol-free.
Preferred Qualifications (a Plus, Not a Dealbreaker)
- NCCCO Crane Certification.
- OSHA 30 (Construction).
Travel & Physical Requirements
- Out-of-town travel approximately 50%–75% of the time, generally Monday through Friday with occasional out-of-town weekends.
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
- Able to lift and carry heavy objects throughout the workday.
- Overtime required on most mobilizations to complete the job.

Schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts (4x10) when working locally
- Day shift or night shift depending on job requirements
