Licensed Nursing Assistant
Serve in a support role for the Medical Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prescription Management: Ensures smooth medication access for clients by monitoring the refill line, communicating with pharmacies, and obtaining necessary authorizations.

Client Interaction and Vital Signs: Provides personalized care by greeting clients, conducting vital sign assessments, and promptly communicating any relevant findings to medical providers.

Appointment Scheduling and Documentation: Manages appointment scheduling efficiently and maintains accurate client records in compliance with organizational standards.
QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent.

2 years secretarial/administrative experience.

Experience in an outpatient healthcare setting, CNA/LNA or MA preferred.

Familiarity with behavioral health services preferred.
- Organizational and basic clerical skills required.

Must be able to perform possible overtime during peak periods.

Must be able to plan, organize and accurately perform work.

Must be a team player, able to work flexibly with the needs of clients, and the needs of the agency and co-workers.

Must demonstrate dependability regarding work schedule and address the needs of the client and referral source efficiently and in a courteous, professional manner.

Must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
