Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, dishes, and cooking equipment, supporting our culinary staff in delivering outstanding dining experiences. Your enthusiasm and commitment to cleanliness will help maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently throughout each shift.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and basic food handling when needed.
- Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishwashing areas, and storage spaces in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times.
- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to uphold environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and consistency.
- A team-player mindset with strong communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Must be 16 years of age
