Established customer base and strong lead opportunities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot

Build relationships by understanding customer needs and preferences

Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles

Explain vehicle features, benefits, and available options

Conduct test drives and assist customers throughout the purchase process

Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals

Learn and execute all steps of the sales process

Maintain customer records and CRM activities

Work with management to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
