Position Summary
The Assistant Manager serves as a key leader within the park, partnering with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable daily operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supporting team development, overseeing shift execution, maintaining operational standards, and driving a culture of accountability and excellence.
The Assistant Manager plays a critical role in coaching and developing team members, ensuring adherence to safety and service standards, and creating an environment where both employees and guests can thrive. Through strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to operational excellence, the Assistant Manager helps create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
