INVENTORY LEAD
-Supervise order fulfillment center
-Learn and have full understanding of METRC and Blaze POS systems
-Process vendor delivery intake, verify accuracy & documentation
-Review and receive vendor deliveries in METRC and Blaze, label products and organize inventory in vaults
-Work closely with management to ensure all relevant products are maintained at appropriate stock levels
-Transfer products from storage vault as needed to fulfillment center
-Conduct daily and monthly inventory audits in accordance with company and state guidelines and investigate / reconcile any discrepancies
-Quarantine products management & proper waste disposal
-Manage online menus
-Monitor product expiration dates
-Act as MOD if no GM or Shift lead is on duty
-Resolve customer complaints and issues as needed
-Assist with cash drops and getting change for staff as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-Must be highly organized and efficient. Inventory management and cannabis management experience is a plus
-Eager to learn about cannabis industry and stays relevant with new trends
-Ability to multitask and adapt to procedure changes
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Strong Communication skills
-Proficient computer skills
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Ability to lift 30 pounds unassisted
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
