About Elutide
Elutide is a small, fast-growing research peptide company based in Lake Orion. We sell research-grade materials to labs and researchers, and we take quality seriously: every batch is independently third-party tested and every order ships with its Certificate of Analysis in the box. We're a lean operation, which means the person in this role isn't a cog in a machine. You'll own how the day-to-day runs.
What you'll do
- Pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time (same-day cutoff is 1 PM, UPS picks up at 4)
- Apply labels to product vials and prep products for inventory
- Count, receive, and track inventory, and flag when something's running low
- Run and monitor 3D print jobs, swap filament, clean up prints, keep the printers happy
- Keep the office and workspace clean, stocked, and organized. You'll often be the only person here, so it's yours to run.
- Spot ways to do things faster or better and actually bring them up. We want your ideas.
- Optional but welcome: help with social media, whether that's quick behind-the-scenes clips, packaging photos, or jumping in on TikTok content
What we're looking for
- A self-starter who's comfortable working alone most of the day and doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder
- Reliable and detail-oriented. Most of this work is repetitive, and doing it right every single time is the whole job.
- Organized by nature. If a messy shelf bothers you, you'll fit in.
- Comfortable with basic tech: order software, label printers, a 3D printer. We'll train you on our setup.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for part of the day
- Must be 21 or older
- 3D printing or shipping/warehouse experience is a plus, not a requirement. Attitude beats resume here.
