Are you an experienced LCSW looking for an opportunity to lead, mentor, and help shape an innovative behavioral health program?
We are seeking a CCSS Program Director (Clinical & Program Lead) to oversee a statewide Community Supports program serving youth, families, and adults throughout New Mexico. This role combines clinical leadership, staff supervision, program development, compliance oversight, and operational management within a mission-driven organization committed to recovery, resiliency, and community-based care.
● Independently licensed behavioral health clinician in New Mexico (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPAT, or equivalent)
● Must meet qualifications to: ○ Provide clinical supervision under NM licensing boards ○ Oversee CCSS services per NMAC and HCA requirements
● Experience with: ○ CCSS or similar community-based behavioral health services ○ Supervising staff (preferably CSWs or similar roles) ○ Medicaid documentation and compliance
● Knowledge of: ○ NMAC 7.20.11 and 8.321.2 ○ CYFD requirements for youth services (including background check processes)
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical supervision to Community Support Workers (CSWs)
- Lead program operations, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives
- Ensure adherence to Medicaid, CYFD, and New Mexico CCSS regulations
- Review service plans, documentation, and program outcomes
- Support staff development, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with executive leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Help expand and strengthen community-based behavioral health services throughout New Mexico
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico LCSW license (or other independently licensed behavioral health clinician)
- Experience supervising behavioral health staff
- Knowledge of Medicaid documentation and compliance
- Experience with CCSS, community support services, wraparound services, or similar programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a growing behavioral health organization
