Grattan HealthCare is hiring a Support Worker (SW) to provide care for clients in the Brainerd/Baxter area — and we’d love to have you on our team!

Current open shifts:
- Weekdays, earlier morning to afternoon (shifts are worked out directly with each client based on their availability and yours).
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background study
- Must have or complete a CFSS/PCA Certificate upon hire (we can help with that!)
- Must have reliable transportation to get to our client's home (our clients depend on your dependability!)
- Must have a clean driving record
What are the job tasks?
- Helping the client with basic Activities of Daily Living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, light housekeeping, or enrichment activities.
