Job Title: Sr.Automation QA Engineer
Location: On-site – Coppell, TX
- Will participate in test planning to determine which test cases to automate and which ones to execute for each project/release
- Manage day to day automation repository, and the CI environment ensuring the test scripts run without error in the target environment with the support and direction from QA Management
- Development and maintenance of automation framework(s) to support API and UI based testing
- Development of Test Plans
- Participate in-Sprint automation of test cases
- For each release, determine automation candidates based on developed selection criteria
- Conversion of requirements, user stories, design documents, and/or existing manual test cases into a set of automation scripts, ensuring compliance with development methodology and framework
- Development and maintenance of Sanity, Smoke, System, E2E and Regression Test types
- Routine maintenance of existing test scripts (i.e. anticipate changes and update scripts accordingly)
- Regular collection of metrics to understand and track the time and cost savings
- Daily progress reports and escalates any testing or automation issues
- 7+ years QA Testing experience
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
