- Follow strict aseptic techniques during instrument handling to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
- Maintain detailed records of sterilization cycles, inventory logs, and processing activities in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections of sterilization equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate timely delivery of sterile instruments for scheduled procedures while adhering to safety protocols.
